The sacrifice didn't start when I opened a laptop.
My first son arrived at 30 weeks. 1.3kg. Emergency C-section. My husband and I drove hours every single day to sit beside his incubator. We didn't eat until dinner. He took work calls from a hospital lounge because there was no other way.
We did all of it without question. Because that's what love looks like when it has somewhere to go.
I'm a nurse of over ten years. I know what it means to give everything and come home with nothing left. COVID showed me that ordinary people were building real income from laptops and phone screens. People like me.
And then I had children, and I realised it wasn't just something I could do. It was something I needed to do.
So here I am. Building it. Documenting all of it. For every mum lying awake wondering if there's another way. There is.
